Cancellation Policy
BEFORE YOU BOOK – PLEASE READ
📌 BOOKING POLICY
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all policies listed below.
✨ Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of service via Zelle, cash, or the installment payment option listed on the website. No other forms of payment are accepted.
⏰ Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
🚫 Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a 65% cancellation fee based on the full service price. The non-refundable deposit paid will be applied toward the cancellation fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
💇🏾♀️ Hair Prep Requirements
Clients must arrive with hair that is clean, fully detangled, and blow-dried from root to end. Hair should be free of oils, creams, or products. If excessive detangling is required, a $30 detangling fee will apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
📦 Braiding Hair
All braiding hair used is synthetic and available for purchase through me. Clients may bring their own hair if preferred. Hair is not included in services unless stated otherwise.
💖 Service Adjustments
There are no refunds once a service is completed. A one-week grace period is offered for minor adjustments related to the original service only. This does not include full redos or a new style.
💲 Additional Fees
• Squeeze-in appointments are available for an additional $50.
• Appointments scheduled on off days will incur a $70 fee.
• Holiday appointments will incur an additional fee ranging from $70–$100, depending on the holiday, appointment time, and availability.
